The Smokey Common Area is a 1+ acre area used and maintained as a park area for Owners of Eagle Landing Homeowners Association and their guests. Additionally, Owners are permitted to invite guests to camp in the Smokey Common Area as space and amenities allow. The area does not have designated RV spaces but much of the area is hilly and limits where RVs can safely set up camp. We have a power distribution pole set up with two service boxes, each box having a 50A, 30A and 20A service.

Reservations to camp in the Smokey Common Area may only be made by registered property owners in Eagle Landing. You and your guests acknowledge that as guests of Eagle Landing Homeowners Association that the Smokey Common Area remains open for use by all owners and their guests, i.e. reservations are non-exclusive.

Reservations

• Initial reservations are limited to 14 days maximum.
• Check in is not before 3:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.

Extensions
Campers will be allowed one extension of up to 7 days regardless of the length of the original reservation.

• Requesting an extension will require filling out and submitting another reservation request form indicating the request is for an extension
• Reservation extensions cannot be made any earlier than 2 days before the end of the initial reservation.
• There will be a 21-day waiting period after the end of a reservation before the start date of a new reservation.

Camping Charges

• Camping without electric service (a.k.a. boondocking) is no charge, but all rules regarding reservations otherwise apply.

Usage Rules

1. Reservations are required to camp in the Smoky Common Area
2. All covenants and bylaws described in the Eagle Landing declarations document apply to campers
3. No discharge of wastewater of any kind allowed, including gray water
4. All trash must be contained in sealed trash cans or kept inside
5. No ground fires allowed. All fires must be contained in above ground fire pits or grills.
6. Area must be left clean

Electricity
Campers wishing to have electric service during their stay will be charged $15/day.

• Reservations which include electric service must be paid before the start date of the reservation. If payment is not received camping will be limited to boondocking only.
• Payments may be made by credit card through your Eagle Landing portal account. Third Party fees apply. Please indicate in comments/memo section payment is for camping reservation.
